Grant Delivery Officer

Would you like to play a key role in ensuring vital conservation, heritage, and community projects in Pembrokeshire’s iconic National Park are successfully delivered?

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to support the management and reporting of grant-funded projects within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of funded projects, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, managing financial claims, and maintaining strong relationships with funders and project teams.

Beyond this, the role will focus on ensuring projects achieve their objectives, meet financial and reporting obligations, and are effectively communicated to stakeholders. The postholder will also work with the Finance and Communications teams to manage budgets, track progress, and promote funded projects.

We are looking for someone who has:
• Strong understanding of funder requirements, financial compliance, and reporting in grant-funded projects.
• Experience in project budget management and financial claims submission.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with funders, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• High levels of attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: £31,586 - £33,366 per annum.
• Minimum 25 days holiday, rising to 30 days, plus public holidays.
